Woodland High School is a very special place, and one that I am very proud to call home again. This is my first year as the Strength and Conditioning Coach. Returning here to Woodland has been and great experience for me. Watching the growth and work ethic of our athletes has been inspiring. We have seen gains since we began in early June, and I look forward to see how our athletes can push to attain their goals. Our players have worked in the heat and humidity, sacrificed time, perspiration, sweat, blood, and tears. I look forward to continuing to support their growth and performance.
I would like to thank my wife Marla, son’s Charles, Cael, and Cooper, and daughter Isabelle for their sacrifices in supporting me in my job to help Woodland’s athletes perform at their highest level. Thank you to Coach Howard, and Mr. Stephenson for you confidence in hiring me to train the Wildcats.
